True or False-The only way to include physical activity in your life is by participating in sports.  FALSE!  There are other activities you can do to include physical activity in your life such as: playing tag, walking the dog, building a fort, swinging, etc.  Doing an activity that gets your heart pumping will help improve your health whether it is an organized sports or not.

Whether you're short, tall, small, or large you CAN and SHOULD include physical activity into your lifestyle.  You don't have to be a jock to be physically active.  Find an activity you enjoy and feel comfortable doing and stick with it!
