Did you know that no person or situation can make you happy or sad?  Only YOU can!  That's right, you are the only one who has control over your emotions and how you feel.  Some people are better at being able to control the way they feel than others because of something called "Self Esteem".  This section will teach you all about self esteem and how you can take CONTROL of your emotions.  Physical activity is a good way to boost your self esteem.  Use this section to learn more about the things you can do to build your self esteem.
